The "Liturgical readings" application is intended especially for Catholics who want to have quick access to current liturgical texts read during services. It is a good aid for meditating on the biblical liturgical text and preparing for Holy Mass. We recommend it not only to priests and lecturers, but to all believers who want to benefit more spiritually from the service of the word in the Holy Mass.
In it, the user will find:
- information about the degree of liturgical celebration of the day in question
- liturgical readings of the given day and their context
- biography of the saint / saints of the day
- comments on Sunday readings
The application also offers a display of the liturgical calendar by month and a list of saints with the possibility of searching for them.
The application has an integrated text reading function.
The texts are published with the knowledge of the Conference of Bishops of Slovakia as a working version.
